Fees and Insurance Information
Neeley Psychological Services believes psychological evaluations should be accessible and affordable to those seeking services. For this reason, we do our best to accept some forms of private insurance, even though reimbursement rates are low compared to the out-of-pocket rates many psychologists charge. If insurance is utilized, we strive to provide a good-faith estimate of the total costs associated with the evaluation services. We will attempt to verify your benefits and inform you of any estimated out-of-pocket expenses, which may include deductibles, co-pays, and co-insurance amounts.

While we have successfully billed private insurance for hundreds of evaluations over the years, the system is not perfect. Claims can randomly be denied for unforeseen reasons. Coverage can vary greatly depending on insurance, location, telehealth vs. in-person, type of evaluation, and evolving definitions of medical necessity. We look up our clients' insurance plans and provide good-faith estimates of the total costs associated with our services. However, there may be variable factors that we cannot initially account for. Therefore, the final amount owed for our services may differ from our initial estimate.
If using insurance, it is the client's responsibility to be aware of policy benefits, financial obligations, and insurance coverage limitations and verify that the provider is in-network with the insurance plan. Unfortunately, we cannot accept Medicaid or state insurance.

Dr. Neeley and Dr. Stubblefield are both individually in-network with private insurance companies. This means that we may be able to accept an insurance plan for an adult (Dr. Neeley), but not a child or teen (Dr. Stubblefield), and vice versa. While not guaranteed, the following insurance plans are generally accepted, based on the provider:
